We aim to have your plant in transit for a maximum of 3 business days.
Depending on the time of year and the extreme warm or cold conditions, your poor plant could be stressed in transit and need a few days to feel back to normal. We’ll guide you through the unpacking and recovery process, however if she never bounces back, we are happy to refund or replace your plant within 30 days. Please take a picture of the plant within 48 hours of unpacking and email us at email@example.com.
