When will my product ship?+
Products will ship within 2-7 days. We only show inventory of plants that are ready to ship immediately, however we take into consideration the weather and day of the week the product will ship to prevent plants sitting in transit over the weekend or in extreme temperatures.
When will my order arrive?+
Once packaged and shipped, plants will arrive within 2-4 business days. We aim to have all plants in transit for a maximum of 3 days to reduce stress on the plants.
What's the difference between a pot and a pack?+
A pot has one plant per unit and a pack has multiple plants in one unit, divided into individual cells. Packs are ideal for repotting and landscaping with the minimal packaging and pots are ideal for putting directly onto a window sill or desk or dropping into a more decorative pot or planter.
How do I care for my plant?+
Each plant comes with a custom care card containing basic instructions on light and water requirements, how far apart to space the plants, and how to transplant each variety. For more detailed information check back on our blog or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The plant descriptions talk about hardiness zones. What zone am I considered?+
Please refer to the USDA's website, and enter in your zip code to find out your hardiness zone.
How often should I water my plant?+
Each plant requires different water levels ranging from only watering when the soil is try to the touch to regular watering and never allowing the soil to dry out. These are outlined in the care cards, and stay tuned for our watering guide as a plant's water requirements have many variables including the time of year, lighting and temperature.
What do I do when my package arrives?+
Please unpack the box immediately or within 24 hours to let the plant destress from a potentially stressful transit experience. The boxes are designed to keep the plant secure if they get tossed, so please check for locking cardboard pieces over pots before removing plants. The beige fiber material around the base of the plant is to keep soil and moisture from escaping, and can be removed before repotting or planting or kept as a decorative piece. If the plant's leaves or flowers are wilted, water the soil and see if there's improvement in 24 hours. If the foliage looks healthy but the flowers are wilting deadhead or cut back the blooms. For more information on how to help your plant make a full recovery from transit, email us at email@example.com
What if my plant arrives damaged?+
Please take a picture of the plant within 48 hours and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will guide you through the recovery process, as many times with a little TLC the plant can make a full recovery. However, if she never fully bounces back, we will refund or reship a new plant within 30 days of the plant's arrival.
