How are these plants supplied?
The Lettuce plants are supplied as double sown cell grown plants, that are ready to place straight into your garden or vegetable plot. The plants are sown in commmercial size plug trays that we then cut to give a strip of 14 plants. The tray is then packed in to one of our specially designed boxes, this way the plants roots are protected during transit.
The plant varieties are mixed in equal amounts as seeds in the seed tray, and the % of each variety that you receive will be determine by which seeds are picked up by the seeder and sown into that tray.
