Pack of 14 double sown Looseleaf Type Lettuce plug plants for March delivery.

This pack is a mixed variety pack containing the following varieties:

• Red Salad Bowl - a large fast growing rosette with long brownish red deep cut leaves. It is heat tolerant and very slow to bolt. Great for mixed salads.
• Lollo Rosso

How are these plants supplied?

The lettuce plants are supplied as double-sown cell grown plants that are ready to plant out into your garden or allotment. Each plug will contain either 1 or 2 young plants. Although you may plant the plug as a whole if you prefer, we suggest that you thin each plug out to the strongest growing plant so that they are not competing with each other and the lettuce will heart up properly. Can also be grown in containers.
