Our butterfly netting is manufactured to the highest standards in 28gsm black woven polyethylene. This net is specifically designed to protect against butterflies. The mesh size is 7mm to deter most insects and virtually all moths and butterflies, particularly Cabbage Whites!. Also works very well at protecting brassicas from birds.
If the crops being covered need pollination then be aware the netting will need to be removed at times to allow bees and other pollinating insects to do their work.
Black in colour, this net is available in a range of sizes and lenghts..The material is very durable and should last at least 10 years. Light, Air and Water easily passes through the material.
Butterfly Netting is available in a range of widths and lengths. Don’t forget to order ground pegs to hold your netting down!
