Chilli growing in the UK now has a huge following and our vouchers are an easy way to give a chilli plant gift out of season without any hassle. The plants are available to order from early March to the end of May, and will be despatch direct to the voucher holder who simply redeems the voucher using a secret code allocated to that voucher.

What does the voucher holder actually get?

The collection typically contains the milder / medium chillies from our range such as Fuego, Apache, Cheyenne, Chenzo, Fresno, Jalapeno, Super Chilli, Gusto rather than the hot habaneros and scotch bonnets. The packs are assembled from the varieties that are looking best at the time of picking.

The chilli plants are supplied as pot ready plants. On delivery they should be potted into a minimum of a 9cm pot then grown on for a few weeks until planted out.

Note: We do not automatically send the plants in case of holidays, work commitments, etc. The holder can redeem the voucher when ready for the plants.

How to purchase a Chilli Plant voucher.

Chilli Plant Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You pay for them using the stores standard payment methods. The voucher is available for you to print as soon as you checkout and printing instructions are sent to you straight away by email.

How to print or send Gift Vouchers.

When you purchase a voucher you will be sent an email explaining how to send it to the person of your choice. It does not have to be sent immediately upon purchase.

If you wish to print the voucher, simply click on the link in the email and the voucher will open for you to print a copy to give.

To email, you will need to specify the following.

• The name of the person you are sending the voucher to.
• A short message that that is added to the bottom of the voucher email.
• The recipients email address to send the voucher to.

Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers.

If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the voucher, along with a short message from them. The email will also contain the Voucher Number that is entered during checkout as well as a link to the printable voucher. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher. Chilli Plant vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase.

The Small Print.

1. The gift vouchers can only be redeemed on PlantsByPost.com, towards the purchase of eligible products.
2. The gift voucher has no cash redemption value and is not transferable or assignable.
3. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift voucher account for future use.
4. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
5. Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers expire two years from the date of issue.
